Our Founder - Richard Miller

Richard Miller founded Miller & Associates on outstanding core principles: Dedication to the highest standards of legal expertise while delivering personalized service to his clients.

We believe a firm built on authentic relationships and exceptional service ensures the success of our clients and customers.

Richard earned his undergraduate degree in economics and political science and his law degree (J.D.) from the University of South Carolina. He has proudly practiced real estate law for over 20 years.

We recognize the importance of supporting the entire real estate community with a commitment to excellence.  Our involvement in the community is a welcome responsibility.  We have served in the following capacities:

  • Chair of the Budget Committee - I-85 North Corridor Board of Realtors
  • Associate Director for the Jackson County Builders Association where he received the “Associate of the Year” award.
  • A Board Member and Chair of the Finance and Budget Committee for the Atlanta Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors.
  • Governance Council for Dunwoody Springs Elementary School
  • Governance Council for Sandy Springs Middle School
  • A member of the Spartan Athletic Booster Club
  • A member of the North Fulton Chamber of Commerce
