This page is for the payment of earnest money via ACH Transfer to Miller and Associates, LLC. You will also need the routing number and account number in order to complete the ACH Transfer. We must receive the full contract prior to receiving your earnest money. Please email the contract to orders@millertitlelaw.com if your real estate agent has not already provided it. A 3% Processing fee is added to all transactions.

- I am submitting earnest money funds via ACH transfer, and not a wire transfer
- The earnest money is $25,000 or less
- If my earnest money is over $25,000 I will send the funds via wire transfer and not through this site
- This site is for earnest money only; do not send your final downpayment/closing funds using this platform
- My closing is not within 10 business days of this submission date
- If my contract terminates, my refund will not be available until 10 business days after this submission
- Miller and Associates, LLC reserves the right to reject any ACH transfer if we are not in receipt of your contract
