This page is for the payment of earnest money via ACH Transfer to Miller and Associates, LLC. We must receive the full contract prior to receiving your earnest money. Please email the contract to orders@millertitlelaw.com if your real estate agent has not already provided it.

Earnest Money Disclaimer
By submitting earnest money to Miller and Associates, LLC, you acknowledge the following:

I am submitting earnest money funds via ACH transfer, and not a wire transfer
The earnest money is $24,000 or less
If my earnest money is over $24,000 I will send the funds via wire transfer and not through this site
This site is for earnest money only; do not send your final downpayment/closing funds using this platform
My closing is not within 10 business days of this submission date
If my contract terminates, my refund will not be available until 10 business days after this submission
Miller and Associates, LLC reserves the right to reject any ACH transfer if we are not in receipt of your contract
